Ugwu has 5 plus years of experience training clients of all ages and demographics. He is a former collegiate athlete, playing both football and track and field at The University of Rochester. When programming, Ugwu's main concentration is restorative based strength training. His aim is to find the balance between conventional rehabilitative training and performance training methods. His focus is to help clients develop strength, load tolerance, and mobility and for his clients to gain knowledge while crushing their goals!

She uses science-based backed principals to help clients build muscle effectively, without relying on fads, trends, or guesswork. By breaking down complex research into simple, practical strategies, Julie creates customized training and nutrition plans to fit each individual's life and goals. Cynthia has been a versatile fitness professional for nearly 10 years, working across both fitness and wellness/rehab settings. She has assisted a diverse range of clients, from young athletes to active (and not so active) adults with varying fitness levels and health conditions. Cynthia specializes in functional fitness implementation and metabolic health. Her extensive experience has honed her keen eye for proper form and efficient movement, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of their workouts.
