Drew Gallagher

Fitness Studio Coordinator and Coach

Drew has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years, coaching and providing successful results to clients and companies. He has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and is a certified coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Strongfirst Level 2 Kettlebell instructor, Titliest Performance Institute instuctor, certified through Functional Movement Systems, Precision Nutrition Coach and a Peak Pilates instructor.


Paul Girardi

Fitness Coach

Paul has been a certified trainer since 2006 through the National Personal Training Institute. He is a former collegiate baseball player, competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter. Building strength, muscle and burning fat are his specialties. His excellent communication skills and outgoing personality make his workouts challenging, yet fun and informative.

Paul is a father of 3, he has a 5 year old and 3 year old twins. He understands what it’s like to be busy and active so he helps his clients gain the knowledge to maximize their fitness in and out of the gym.



Zach Tomanovich

Fitness Studio Coordinator and Coach

Zach is a physical therapist, personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach who specializes in working with athletes.  He has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and is also a former collegiate football player. He also has specialty certifications in FMS, SFMA, EXOS Performance, and Precision Nutrition.

Zach’s philosophy is to look at the complete picture of the athlete to prevent injury and prepare them for higher levels of play.  Services include functional movement evaluation, customized exercise program focusing on mobility and then stability, education in nutrition, sleep, hydration, and injury prevention, injury assessment and referral to proper medical professional (if necessary).

Andrew Franzen

Fitness Coach

Andrew has been an employee at TheraCORE since 2018. He has worked alongside all the physical therapists across each of our clinics and incorporates his knowledge of physical rehabilitation into fitness coaching. He completed this Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with Lewis University. He is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is certified to coach sports by the American Sport Education Program. His history of direct and continued work with our physical therapists make him a great choice to help bridge the gap between pain and performance. His warm, outgoing, and determined personality motivates individuals to set and meet their fitness goals.

Gina Tanglis

Fitness Coach

Gina started her career as a Certified Medical Assistant before a passion for fitness took her another direction. As a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer and FMS Level 1, her specialties include functional movement, strength training, sport specific strength and conditioning, tactical training, and weight loss.

Gina grew up playing competitive soccer and recreational softball, basketball, and tennis. When she’s not coaching, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Cubs!
