Education: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Carroll University

Brittany has worked in an orthopedic setting in healthcare for over ten years where she spent her time coaching and educating patients on corrective exercise alongside physical therapists. She has most recently been working one-on-one with clients to optimize performance and educate on proper technique in a way that better translates to better movement not just in the gym, but in all aspects of life.

Dani Wilson

Fitness Coach (Lockport)

Certifications: Certified Holistic coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach

Dani has over 28 years in the health and fitness industry. She specializes in health and nutrition coaching combined with fitness to help her clients on a deeper level for life lasting results. Her approach to coaching is structured to include all parts of a healthy lifestyle; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental.

 

Matt Schlictman

Fitness Coach (Westmont)

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa

Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT), National academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM FNS) & National Academy of Sports Medicine Behavior Change Specialist (NASM BCS)

Matt has been a certified personal trainer and strength coach since 2017. He has worked with clients from ages 9 to 80 years old. His passion for health and fitness motivates him to help all individuals reach their full wellness potential. He plans to continue his education and pursue a career as a DPT. Some of his specializations include strength and conditioning, sports performance (golf,basketball, tennis, track), weight loss, stretching and recovery, and nutrition guidance.
