Drew Gallagher

Fitness Studio Coordinator and Coach

Drew has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years, coaching and providing successful results to clients and companies. He has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and is a certified coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Strongfirst Level 2 Kettlebell instructor, Titliest Performance Institute instuctor, certified through Functional Movement Systems, Precision Nutrition Coach and a Peak Pilates instructor.



Zach Tomanovich

Fitness Studio Coordinator and Coach

Zach is a physical therapist, personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach who specializes in working with athletes.  He has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and is also a former collegiate football player. He also has specialty certifications in FMS, SFMA, EXOS Performance, and Precision Nutrition.

Zach’s philosophy is to look at the complete picture of the athlete to prevent injury and prepare them for higher levels of play.  Services include functional movement evaluation, customized exercise program focusing on mobility and then stability, education in nutrition, sleep, hydration, and injury prevention, injury assessment and referral to proper medical professional (if necessary).
