Drew Gallagher

Fitness Studio Coordinator and Coach

Drew has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years, coaching and providing successful results to clients and companies. He has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and is a certified coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Strongfirst Level 2 Kettlebell instructor, Titliest Performance Institute instuctor, certified through Functional Movement Systems, Precision Nutrition Coach and a Peak Pilates instructor.


Paul Girardi

Fitness Coach

Paul has been a certified trainer since 2006 through the National Personal Training Institute. He is a former collegiate baseball player, competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter. Building strength, muscle and burning fat are his specialties. His excellent communication skills and outgoing personality make his workouts challenging, yet fun and informative.

Paul is a father of 3, he has a 5 year old and 3 year old twins. He understands what it’s like to be busy and active so he helps his clients gain the knowledge to maximize their fitness in and out of the gym.
