Brittany has over ten years of experience in an orthopedic setting where she spends her time coaching and educating patients and clients on corrective exercise alongside physical therapists. She works one-on-one with clients to optimize performance and educate them on proper technique in a way that translates to better movement not just in the gym, but in all aspects of life.

Matt has been a certified personal trainer and strength coach since 2017. He has worked with clients from ages 9 to 80 years old. His passion for health and fitness motivates him to help all individuals reach their full wellness potential. He is a current DPT student at Rosalind Franklin University. Some of his specializations include strength and conditioning, sports performance (golf, basketball, tennis, track), weight loss, stretching and recovery, and nutrition guidance.

Carlos has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2013. He has worked with clients of all ages but has a special interest in athletics and competition. He has helped clients reach goals related to weight loss, performance enhancement, and overall exercise enjoyment. Carlos is passionate about helping others learn how to make an active lifestyle sustainable and fun.
Murphy
Fitness Coach (Westmont)

Murphy has worked as an aide at TheraCORE since 2021. While he is still an aide, he has taken his knowledge a step further and become a Certified Personal Trainer where he has most recently begun working one-on-one with clients. Murphy was a pitcher on the baseball team at Carthage College for 2 years and played all 4 years of baseball at Hinsdale Central. His passion is to help young athletes improve overall sports performance to take them to the next level of play and to help people maintain a level of fitness to keep them functional in everyday life.
Ugwu

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Public Health with a minor in Health Sciences from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Nursing from Rasmussen University
Certifications: American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, (ACE CPT)
Ugwu has 5 years of experience training clients of all ages and demographics. He is a former collegiate athlete, playing both football and track and field at The University of Rochester. When programming, Ugwu's main concentration is restorative based strength training. His aim is to find the balance between conventional rehabilitative training and performance training methods. His focus is to help clients develop strength, load tolerance, and mobility and for his clients to gain knowledge while crushing their goals!
